Free Trial
Our free trial is up to two classes and available only once per student. The second class is only if the student is not happy with their first class and will be given by a different teacher.
Absences and Rescheduling
If a student cannot attend the class, they should notify Zamzam at least 1 hour before the time of the class or the class will not be cancelled. Afterwards they can make up the class with another teacher if their teacher is not available.
Discounts
- Family/sibling discounts are given at Zamzam’s discretion. Contact us or send an email at support@zamzaminstitute.com with details about the students you wish to enroll to find out more.
- If a student refers other students to join us, they will get a 50% discount for one month for each student referred.
Class Guidelines, Rules & Etiquette
- Students should be able to use Zoom application.
- Please make sure your environment is sufficiently quiet and that your microphone and internet are functioning properly before the lesson as Zamzam is not responsible for these issues.
- If possible, the student should use a laptop or desktop computer, not a phone. The smaller screen of a phone hampers the learning experience and makes the interactive parts of the class more difficult to engage with.
- The student should be sitting upright on a chair and not laying on a bed or sofa.
- In the case of child students, the parent(s) needn’t be sitting next to the student during class. They can be present from afar to look after the child, but the classes must be a one-on-one learning experience.
Beginner Tips for Accelerated Learning
- Its preferred that a beginning student with little to no former knowledge of the subject start with a learning plan of at least 3 days per week. A rate below this runs the risk of slow progress and the student forgetting the new information in-between classes.
- For Qur’an recitation and memorization, a quick and easy activity that helps the student immensely is to listen to the latest surah one time or more daily.
